Allow me to walk you through the image . . .
In the beginning was God and so I began with an ancient image of the Trinity, symbolizing God's presence and empowering, and the desire for my life to bring glory to God.
In the center is a butterfly, a symbol of transformation and becoming. This is my favorite butterfly image, all the broken and dislocated pieces coming together in wholeness and in color with a desire to love - loving God completely, loving others compassionately and loving ourselves correctly.
Cultivating Deepening Relationships (lower right hand corner) and coming alongside people to help them become more aware of God's presence in life and to respond in faithfulness and fruitfulness.
Crafting Transformational Experiences (lower left hand corner) whether they be worship, learning or serving environments - with focus, intensity and thoughtfulness.
reCreating through Structured Learning and Play (top corner) and also holistic experiences that engage the heart, mind, soul and strength.
Being a fruitful presence in our world and bringing out the God colors (and flavors) of our world.
A double meaning with the black border (thanks to iPhoto!), shining as a light in the darkness and spotlighting these things in my life and ministry.
